Before we submit information about a candidate to a client, we always
share the name of the client and position with the candidate. Think
carefully about any firm who won't share this important information.

help make things work. Once a candidate has been introduced
to a client, we assist in each step along the way. From setting up
meetings, discussing the company technical and chemistry match, to
assisting in negotiating and evaluating an offer, we work hand in
hand with each candidate.
We
handle the details. If the new position is a contract or
contract-to-hire, we become the employer of record during the contract
phase. We handle all the tax withholding and business insurance issues,
pay weekly based on the hourly rate and total hours worked, and help
facilitate a positive relationship between the contractor and the
client.
We
broker firms. If you have a company that provides software
development or support services, we may be able to assist you in locating
